    Perceiving the need for high performance and quality Lines to cater to the lower end of the flexible packaging market, KET introduced the KOLSITE 35mm High Output, Compact Monolayer Blown Film Line. This Line gives the benefit of good output for lower LFW.

Outstanding Performance

    It gives an excellent output of 35 kgs/hr for HM - HDPE and 28 kgs/hr for LLD, producing superior quality films of thickness 10 to 50 microns with LFW from 100 mm to 450mm.

    The power efficient Extruder (L:D 26:1) has a linear grooved feed section and nitro - alloy steel Barrier Screw with special mixing and shearing elements. This ensures high melt quality and specific output.

    The Spiral Die has mirror surface finish and is designed for smooth, uniform material flow and melt distribution.

    A Candle Filter with greater surface area ensures costs saving through wastage control and longer production runs.

    Aerodynamic Air Cooling Ring, Vertical Take - off Tower Unit and a Surface Winder (wound roll dia. 600mm/100 kg) are other features.
