Antistatic Masterbatch for BOPP films:
SMA401 contains rapid transfer high Efficiency antistatic agent. It can transfer to film's surface rapidly, so it is suitable for the films producing which require relatively short period of charge decay time or low surface resistivity. Because of the high purity antistatic agent, they can be produced easily in BOPP high speed production lines and the film pollution will not happen because of volatile or oil drop, the film also can't break in TDO.

- Density: 0.89 to 0.92 g/cm (Test standard: GB1033-86)

SMA401 contains 20 percent composite antistatic agent and the carrier resin is BOPP film grade homopolymer polypropylene.
SMA401 is suitable for printing film, heat-seal film, bags film, etc. they have good antistatic effect. SMA401 combines different antistatic agent with different transfer speed. It owns good antistatic effect. The film will have very good antistatic and slippage performance in relatively short period of time and keep in long time if you add SMA401.
Addition rate suggestion:
The addition rate of SMA401 is decided by the applications and the thickness of film. The printing and bag films should take 2 percent to 4 percent in the core layer; the ideal additive amount must be determined by the experiment and affected by many factors.

The product can be stored well in the original package. Please seal the package once you open it. The shelf life is about six months under the maximum room temperature of 25 Degree C. A higher storage temperature may affect the application quality of the masterbatch.
