- Material processibility: LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE
- Film thickness tolerance: Film thickness variation shall be within +/-10 percent.
or +/-5 microns, whichever is higher at 90 percent measuring points of the film circumference. The remaining +/-10 percent of the measuring points will be +/-5 percent beyond the above-mentioned tolerance.
Note: As width reaches maximum range mentioned above, the thickness of the film proportionately decreases within the parameter of the lay-flat mentioned in the quotation & vice-versa.
Preheating of granules is essential for better quality of film.
In case materials of different MFI are mixed, please consult the raw material manufacturer.
