For Sale - PCM - 4063 - Sutali Plant with "T" Dies Size 65 mm

Orientation hot plate:
- Orientation hot plate made out from heavy aluminum plate and cover with SS sheet with stand and necessary groove rolls. Hot plate is divided by 2 heating zone with 2 digital temperature controllers. Heat loads 9 kW.

Second take off unit:
- Second take off unit comprising with 2 rollers Diameter 216 made out from M S steel fabricated with hard chrome plated driven by reduction gear with 5HP AC motor driven by AC frequency drive and two rubber rollers on first and last nip rollers. One set of embossing roller will be providing on last Rolls. Unit fabricated from heavy channel with M S plate.

Panel board:
- One electric control panel board with 5 digital temperature controllers and other electrical outfits and chock for AC frequency drives.

AC frequency drive:
- 15 HP for main motor
- 1 HP for first takes up unit
- 5 HP for second take up unit

Winder
- One heave duty fabricated stand with 18 station cheese winder driven by individual 0.25 HP torque motor with controller. Winder suitable for 60 mm, 100 mm, and 200 mm size coil as per customer requirement. Total power require 4.5 HP.

Manual hand press:
- One manual hand press will be provided to pull the pipe from bobbin.
