I would like to know if you produce PE film for hot lamination to PVC sheet.
The film should be combined of 2-5 layers (some of them are multi layers with EVOH), one is made of EVA that serve to adhesive to the PVC sheet On-line lamination production (The PVC is still in the melt phase, in the temperature of about 170Âșc when it meet the laminate film).
The product is used for thermoforming trays for food packaging,
These films structure will demonstrate our needs:

- LDPE/EVA (28%VA) 0.050mm, for strong sealing to the lid foil.
Film structure 1
LDPE (+slip agent) layer, for solid sealing to lid film
EVA (28%VA) layer, for hot lamination to PVC

- LDPE/EVA (28%VA) 0.050mm for peel able sealing to the lid film
Film structure 2
LDPE (+slip agent) layer, For Peel able sealing to lid film
EVA (28%VA) layer, for hot lamination to PVC

- LDPE/tie/EVOH/tie/EVA Oxygen barrier lamination film 0.050mm total thickness, 0.006mm/0.010mm EVOH layer.

EVOH layer - fit for thermoforming - 6-micron thick Tie layer
EVA (28%VA) layer, for hot lamination to PVC

- LDPE/tie/EVOH/tie/EVA Oxygen barrier lamination film 0.070mm total thickness, 0.010mm EVOH layer

Notes:
* The EVA layer should not stick strongly when the roll is un-winded.
* The EVOH layer should not create hase when the laminated sheet is thermo-formed * The min. peeling force of the laminate from the PVC is: 600g/15mm width

In case you produce such product in thickness of 50 and 70 micron, and in width of about 1000mm, we would like to get some technical data sheets.
