Global packaging company Essel Propack has launched Etain-a fully recyclable plastic packaging tube in the Indian market.
Etain has been created with an objective to reduce the amount of plastics in tube packaging. The tubes are typically used by FMCG companies for packaging various types of hair care, skin care, pharmaceutical, food products besides cosmetics.
The new pack has been made from a combination of virgin and recycled plastic material. The new Post Consumer Recycled (PCR) tubes will be recycled under Code 2 norms defined by the Society of Plastic industry.
