The CPP line with an annual capacity of 16,200 TPA, is the widest and by far the most technologically advanced line in the country.
It has the capability to produce a wide range CPP films, both for regular applications as well as specialty films for high barrier and retort applications.
The line is also equipped with advanced features to monitor and maintain consistent quality.

The growth of CPP films in India, has been limited so far, due to the lack of availability of high quality films as well as the absence of innovative products, given that most of the current manufacturers are in the unorganized sector.
With the launch of JPFL’s CPP range, packaging converters and brand owners can look forward to regular availability high quality and innovative films in this segment.

1) Type:- CPTH1-MZ
Description:- It is a co-extruded Transparent, one side Heat Sealable, other Side Corona Treated for Metallization, Cast Polypropylene (CPP) Film.
Standard Thickness* (µ):- 20,22,25,30,35,50 µ

USP':- Excellent Machinability
Excellent Sealing strength
Superior metal anchorage

Application:- Base film for metallization, Surface Printable after metallization.

2) Type:- CPTH1-PL
Description:- It is a co-extruded Transparent, One side Heat Sealable, Other Side Corona Treated Cast Polypropylene (CPP) Film.
Standard Thickness* (µ):- 15,18,20,22,25,27,30,32,35,37,40,45,50,55,60 µ

USP':- Low COF for High Speed packaging line
Good Optical properties
Treated Surface is receptive to Inks and adhesives
Good hot tack

Application:- Lamination and single ply applications, Jumbo packs (e.g. snack food, diapers, etc.), Direct food packaging (e.g. bread and bakery products, etc.),
