• The Bidding is open to exhibitors who have booked the space in PVI2011.
• The Bidding will start on 15th September 2010 at 10.00 a.m. (IST) and end on 15th November 2010 at 5.00 p.m.(IST)
• All exhibitors entering into bid will have to pay a deposit of Rs.25,000/- as a security. This deposit will be adjusted towards the payment to be made by the successful

bidder or it will be refunded back / credited to your account of PVI2011 if you are not a successful bidder
• Authorization of further bids will be done after receipt of deposit amount
• By registering for bidding process, you accept and agree to abide by the Policies & Terms of the bidding process
• Successful Non Indian bidders have to pay an additional surcharge of 30% of the final bid amount

- After the bidding date and time the highest bidder will be intimated about the acceptance of the bid by email on the registered email address and within three 3
working days (excluding Sunday & bank holiday) the successful bidder shall make full payment of the bid amount by Payorder/ Demand Draft (Incase AIPMA does
not receive payment within 3 working days, the advertisement bid will be considered as cancelled). The position will then be allotted to the second highest bidder
- The successful bidder will provide printing matter, (artwork) in CDR or PDF format within next 7 days
• If the highest bidder fails to make payment / cancels the booking a penalty of 25% of the Bid amount will be charged to the bidder
• If the penalty amount is not paid the exhibitor will not be allotted the stall and the entire amount will be forfeited
• Successful bidders for premium position will not be charged towards cancellation of Regular advertisement
• The bidder hereby unconditionally agrees to allow Plastivision to recover the penalty Amount from the payment received towards the booking of space for
exhibition including the security deposits received thereof
• Plastivision reserves its right to deny the allotment of space to the bidder who has failed to abide by any of the conditions of this bidding including payment terms
• No agency can bid on behalf of the exhibitors
• The bidding process is also governed by Indian Contracts Act or other applicable law including the amendments in the applicable laws from time to time
• The bidding process will be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai
• Plastivision reserves its rights of acceptance or rejection of the bid
• Tariff is exclusive of taxes. If applicable, will be charged extra
