Marking And Coding: Aeromec Automatic Hot Stamping Press
The Rotary Automatic Hot Colour Marking machine is specifically designed to mark in colour all type of polyethylene pipes, rigid PVC Pipes, PVC/HDPE/PV sections during extrusion process.

	The Aeromec machines are fully automatic without any induction motor. Optional Motor Driven Models are available for OFF-LINE printing
	Area of marking is from 10mm to 315mm outside diameter of pipes
	Option of periodical marking can be provided on request by attaching an microprocessor based digital counter with pneumatic arrangement
	Periodical marking can be set up to 3 digit

HDPE Pipes: The Rotary Automatic Hot Colour Marking machine is specifically designed to mark in colour all type of polyethylene pipes, rigid P.V.C. Pipes, PVC/HDPE/PV sections during extrusion process.

PVC Pipes: The AEROMEC Rotary Automatic Printing Machine is specifically designed for INk printing on Rigid PVC, PVC Pipes during extrusion process.

	Suitable for printing from 10mm to 315mm outside diameter of pipes
	The marking is done at every one meter by ink on the Pipes by using STEREOS (Rubber Stamps) fixed on the marking wheel
	Option of periodical marking can be provided on request by attaching an microprocessor based digital counter
	Periodical marking can be set up to 3 digit
	Characters (Stereos) size maximum 15 mm

Profile and Lamination: This Machine is specially designed for Hot stamping on furniture profile, frame profile and window profile. The Aeromec Machines, Profiles any size and designs can be decorated (hot foil stamp) easily by rotating stamping head and equally by adding identical further units. The frame passes to one or three machines depending on the profile and can get decorated in one pass.

Hot Stamping Foil
Aeromec hot stamping foil (Pigment based only) comes in different colour with 625 meters 1000 meters. Rolls with 9mm width.
Brass Stereos
Brass stereos are the marking blocks which contain the matter to be printed. Brass stereos from Aeromec come with different characters height and fonts. They can also be made in local languages, with quick delivery time. Ink & Rubber Stories: PVC Inks
The INK supplied by Aeromec for printing on PVC pipes comes with various colours. They are non-spreading to get the better print.
Polymer Stereos
Polymer stereos are the marking blocks that contains the matter to be printed on the pipes. They can be made in different widths and sizes and also in local languages.
