Blend Colours is a manufacturer of Masterbatches, Additives and Compounds. The plant is located in the Industrial Development
Area, 12 kms from Hyderabad. Our main aim is to introduce specialty products and import subtitute products at the most
reasonable prices. We provide solutions to our customer's colouring problems and we are ready to accept the opportunity
to develop any product for our customer in the shortest possible time. Even the most unusual requests that our customers
come up with in the form of colour sample do not distract them from objective. Whatever your line of business you will

The installed capacity for manufacturing of Master Batches exceeds 4000 tpa which is one of the largest in South India.
Blend Colours is equipped with latest TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER which is fully computerised with automated controls. Separate
production lines are maintained for production of Black, White, Colour Master Batches & Compounds.

BPCL has the distinction of being the only certified manufacturing unit for maintaining ISO standards for manufacturing
of Master Batches. The company has received ISO 9001:2000 certification for maintaining Quality systems in Management,
Production & Quality. We are active participant in the Plastic Association of Andhra Pradesh. BPCL has also been awarded
with 1st Prize of PEARLS OF ANDHRA PRADESH by SSI Department for continous growth since inception.
The batches are tested on parameters like Dispersion, MFI, Colour Fastness, Density, Carbon contents, Opacity, Whiteness,
Gloss etc. to maintain excellent consistency in every batch. The lab is also equipped with colour spectrophotometer to
achieve the exact shade of colour for demanding customer. UV testing facilities are also available to give KLY values
of UV Master Batches.
