Our Product Range includes from White Masterbatches, Black Masterbatches, Colour Masterbatches, Additive Masterbatches, Special Effect Masterbatches & all types of Compounds. Our plants include state-of-art, fully computerised Twin Screw Extruders, dedicated for Black Masterbatches, White Masterbatches, Colours and Compounds, which produce products with superior and unchallenging quality, with total capacity of 14,000 Tons Per Annum. We are now boasting with highest capacity in India for Black Masterbatches, i.e. 5000 MT per annum with dedicated, high capacity and technologically advanced plants at Unit II, through which we can offer, quality superior to any other competitor in India.
We also undertake the activity for developing special masterbatches & compounds with customer specification or requirement, with proven values. We also give technical suggestions on product development and replacement of existing material with alternate materials for reducing the costs. |

| In recognition of our efforts towards maintaining quality systems we have been awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification by TUV Management Consultants. The batches are tested on parameters like Dispersion, MFI, Colour Fastness, Density, Filler content, Opacity, Whiteness, Gloss etc. to maintain excellent consistency in every batch. The lab is also equipped with colour spectrophotometer to achieve the exact shade of colour for demanding customer, and also with Flammability Rating Tester & Limiting Oxygen Index Tester, UTM for Tensile Strength & Flexural Modulus, Heat Deflection Tester (HDT), Izod Impact Tester etc. |
