Raj Engineering Works is a leading player in the field of Extrusion. It was established in 1969, by Mr. M. G. Manjrekar. The Company is now in its second generation with Mr. Manjrekar's sons Mr. Mangesh and Mr. Neeraj having joined the Company. It is one of the oldest surviving Extrusion machinery manufacturer in India and has an enormous loyal base of customers to prove it. The initial philosophy of providing the customer with the best value for his money continues to this day.

Made according to requirements; either of M.S. or S.S. or M.S. with S.S.304 lining.
Houses the shaft fitted with the mixer blades. Consists of two heavy-duty bearings. Water cooling on housing helps to keep the temperature down to a minimum even at the high operating speed. Proper mixing is achieved through correct positioning of the two blades.
Grinders
The one-piece rotor is made from Mild Steel and accurately machined to enable Dynamic Balancing. Chanbers are made of Thick Mild Steel Plates. Side Parts: Made of good quality Cast Iron. Blades are Are H.C.H.C. (High Carbon High Chromium) tipped with a hardness of 60 on the Rockwell C Scale. Bottom Screen is made of Mild Steel Plate and provided with perforated holes. Collecting bin is made of Galvanized Steel.
Agglomerators
Made of M.S. with S.S.304 lining. Body made in two parts. Lower Body of less height to aid in easy removal for setting of Blades. Houses the shaft fitted with the mixer blades.
Intensive Mixing Blades are provided with scraping arrangement. Blades are H.C.H.C. (High Carbon High Chromium) tipped with a hardness of 60 on the Rockwell C Scale. Fitted with a AC motor according to required capacity. A batch of 15 to 25 kgs can be processed based on capacity.
Caterpullers
This Caterpuller is used as a haul-off unit for Pipe plants and Profile extrusions. It is fitted with two rubber belts driven by a A.C. Drive unit. Speed of the unit can be controlled within a range of 0 to 20 ft. per minute. The centering of the belts as well as the opening between the belts can be manually adjusted. The belts provide proper pull of the extrude.
Winders
This Two-station Winder is used for winding film extruded from our blow film extruders. An Ebonite roll and a Synthetic Rubber roll are fitted. The winder is provided with one no. A.C. Motor and 2 nos. of Torque Motors. The winder is provided with a mechanical arrangement to adjust the tension and speed. A slitting arrangement can be provided on the Winder. The width of the rolls is in accordance with the maximum width of the film that is to be extruded.
