STEER manufactures Co-rotating Twin Screw Extruders in sizes from lab extruder models to large extruders of 1000 kg/hr and more. The extruders are assembled in a modern factory shop floor with an area of 5500 sq feet, including an assembly area, air-conditioned control room and a stores facility. Provision exists to conduct process / production line trials through the establishment of a complete extrusion line including input feeders and a pellitizer. Electric power connections, cooling tower water connections, and compressed air connections, have been established to conduct full load trials. The materials and components utilized in building the extruders are of the highest quality & brand.

Co-rotating TWIN-SCREW EXTRUDERS (TSEs)
STEER meets customer needs through its generation next extruders that are well known for 'applications, craftsmanship and engineering'. STEER TSEs are generation next machines with deeper flights that have supreme processing capability. They provide the latest technology and the extruder offers the best feeding ability, greater energy efficiency and the highest torque capabilities. STEER TSEs are available in ALPHA, OMEGA and MEGA Series. The machines come in laboratory, pilot plant and production models and in various sizes, capable of outputs in excess of several thousand Kg per hour.

STEER EXTRUDER COMPONENTS - A Global Choice
STEER started manufacturing screw-elements for twin-screw extruders in 1993. Having positioned itself as a most dependable supplier, the company steadily enlarged its product portfolio to cover as many components and
accessories that go into an extruder to qualify to be a one-stop global supply source.
With a capacity to make over 30,000 screw-elements annually, STEER has already supplied over 110,000 TSE
Elements of 5000+ different types of about 250 different sizes of TSEs to over 250 plants worldwide. In Japan
alone, STEER supplies to about 125 plants. As part of the Extruder Processing Zone (EPZ Products) STEER makes Barrels, Liners and Shafts.
STEER's HITORQ Gearbox is already an integral part of OEM for a few global extruder brands. The company also specializes in TSE Feeders of all types; Screen Changers; Die Assembly; On-Line Automation Screw Tips and few other relevant parts for TSEs of all global brands.
