Three Gee manufacture purpose made filters, pressings and filter elements to customers' specifications. Facilities include welding, soft soldering, brazing, spot welding and press forming, and the production of filters incorporating turned or shaped metal components. We produce the complete range of standard shape filters that are on the market at the moment; we can also produce single pieces or small quantities according to customer's requirement. These wires mesh Filter packs are used in man-made and synthetic fiber industries in their poly spinning departments. They are also used in plastic (raw Mat.) manufacturing industries. Filter packs are available as per customer’s size & requirement in circular. Circular disc type with metal rim on the border, and with multiple layers wire mesh, filter packs mainly prevents any contamination (foreign particle) in the molten mass and gives pure virgin material on extrusion. The metal rim acts as gaskets too, preventing any leakage. |
