Side Seal Bag Making Machine The side weld bag making machine delivers up to 230 strokes/minute and is suitable for LDPE/HDPE/PP/BOPP films. There are a variety of attachments available for this machine like handle punch, pre sealer, bottom gusset, inside/outside lip former, lateral sealer, perforation, tape applicator for courier bags, web aligner etc. This machine comes in 3 standard models to convert up to 1000 mm web width.
Bottom Seal Bag Making Machine Bottom weld bag maker delivers up to 200 strokes/minute and is suitable for LDPE/HDPE/PP films. There are a variety of attachments available for this machine like hole punch, handle punch, twin seal with handle punch etc. This machine comes in 5 standard models to convert up to 980 mm web width.
Vest Type/T-Shirt Bag Making Machine Vest type/T-shirt bag maker comes in different models to suit specific function. The fully automatic machine VXP1-450 Delta is a high speed bag making machine to convert up to 160 bags/minute which is bunched & punched ready to pack. Patch Handle & Soft Loop Handle Bag Making Machine.This fully automatic side seal machine is to make bags with a patch handle or with softloop handle. Patch handle bags have a patch of plastic welded inside the bag and handle punched on it. This patch, that is automatically inserted, reinforces the handle cut out. Soft loop handle can also be made on the same machine. The soft loop handle is made from a 100 ~ 180 film roll. It is cut, placed, and welded to the bag automatically.
Zip-Lock Bag Making Machine The Ziplock Bag making machine is suitable to make bags from zip-lock tubing of LDPE, this machine is capable of converting 2 unprinted webs or 1 printed & 1 unprinted web at the same time. Flexographic Printing Machine Flexo printing press is a stack type printing machines with options of 2/4/6 colours stations. The flexo printing machine comes in 2 Variants i.e. Superflex & Econoflex. Superflex model has standard features like Hydraulic Engagement of Print Cylinders. Inking Rollers Rotate and Plate Cylinders retract when printing is stopped. This features helps avoid ink drying and printing waste.
