2. Metal Detector:-
Metal Detector suitable to detect metal contamination of 3.50 mm Ferrous, 5.0 mm Non Ferrous & 6.0 mm S. S. Metals.
Construction: Metal Detector: Stainless Steel Dull Finish Operating Voltage: Metal Detector: 230 V AC, 1 Ph, 50 Hz
Structure : Fabricated from Sturdy stand section and plate.
Outlet operation : Outlet connected with 75 mm Extruder.
Drum diameter : 700 mm.
Drum height : 775 mm.
No. of Fixed Blades : 6 Nos.
No. of Rotory Blades : 8 Nos.
Body Cooling : By one number 2.2 KW blower.
Housing : Thrust bearing housing designed to withstand thrust developed during process.

Water Sprinkling : Water sprinkling arrangement with one number SS tank and 0.37 KW water pump.
Water Vapour Removal : 1.5 KW blower provided for removal of vapour from Shredder after water sprinkling.

Fabricated from SS Sheet.
Centrifuge Motor Drive : 3.7 KW AC Motor.

7. Granule collecting tank:- Fabricated from MS Sheet.
8.Temperature control panel:-
Microprocessor based individual digital PID temperature controllers with Contactors, fuses, switches & AMP. meters for required number of zones.
9. Drive control panel:-
Star delta starters for Extruder & Shredder motor & DOLs. AC variable drive for Face cutter.
Wiring: Wiring between our supplied Panels and Machine as per our standard foundation layout is included in our standard scope of supply.
