Main extruder: barmage, DC drive, L/D=33
Metering pump: barmage make, DC drive.
Main filtter: LLF-12, Barmage make, with serface area 1.2 m2. With its oil heating system + 1 stand by electrical heating station& 1 spare filter.
2 co extruders with max. output =45 kg/hr., Dc drive , included with double filters with surface area = 100 cm2/unit.
Flat Die: simplace make, 3 layers, slot opening =750 mm.
Casting unit: Include chill roll + air knife + film & chill roll draying + water bath.
MDO (machine direction orienting unit) bruckner make : 8 pre heating rolls, 6 drawing rolls, 2 annealing rolls & 3 nip rolls, tension control at inlet ang out let,
-Oil heating system for the rolls including pumps, control valves, ..etc.
- Dc drive, stretching value up to 5 times.
