We are looking for solvent based dry bond duplex laminator with the following specifications:
- Acceptable age: 1998 to 2008
- Web width: 1000 mm (40'')
- Unwind reel diameter: 800 mm (31'')
- Unwind core diameter: 6"- 150/152mm
- Winding Rewind reel diameter: 800 mm (31'')
- Winding Rewind core diameter: 6"- 150/152 mm
- Max. web tension:
a. Unwind: 55 kg (550 N)
b. Rewind: 55 kg (550 N)
c. In rewinding the taper tension can be regulated from min. 0 percent to max. 60 percent of the set value
- Min. web tension:
a. Unwind: 3 kg (30 N)
b. Rewind: 6 kg (60 N)
- Mechanical speed: 300 m/min. (990 feet/min)
- Electric heat for drying (two zones): Temperature range 120 to 200 degrees F
Materials to be converted:
- BOPP: 48 Ga. to 3.1 mil
- PET: 35 Ga. to 1.2 mil
- MET PET
- LDPE, LLDPE-Solvent: 1.5 to 8 mil
