We are looking for Extrusion Coating & Lamination Line with following specification:
- Line speed: 50 to 150 meter / min
- Coating width: 1100 mm
- Materials: LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE,PP, Inomer, Acid copolymer, EAA etc
- Two coating heads
- Single extruder
- LDPE coating weight each station: 10 micron to 50 micron
- 1 rewinder, one turret main unwinder and 2 additional sandwich unwinders.
- Corona treaters.
- Lamination roller smooth and matty both
- Carriage extruders adjustment left / right and up down by motor
- Die EDI or Cloeren.
- Hopper loaders etc.
- No automation required.
