Force feeder:-
1. We will provide vertical crammer force feeder mounted on the hopperlid and is driven by 2 H.P. A.C. motor Local make helical gear. It consistent of 2 H.P. A.C.drive.
2. We will provide the spiral loader mounted on the hopper lid for the PVC raw material loading along with motor, M.S. Spring, L.L.D.P.E. Pipe etc.

And pulley are used for power transmission.
4. The pipe clamping is automatic through pneumatic Cylinders and actuated by the limit switches on the trimming chute. assembly slides forward along with the pipe and returns through Pneumatic cylinder.
