Rajoo Engineers now commissions the 9th 5-Layer ‘Fully Loaded’ Blown Film Line,
and redefines barriers for barrier films used in lamination and liquid packaging
The Five layer plant is equipped with
• 2 x 60 mm grooved feed extruders for the inner and outer layers
• 3 x 5 mm smooth bore extruders
• 400 mm UCD die (stack type with horizontal melt flow paths)
• 250kg Output
• 1010 mm Layflat width
• 14 component integrated conveying, gravimetric blending and dosing system

The machine is operated through an integrated touch-screen based supervisory control system for all the
machine parameters such as:
• Processing temperatures
• Extruder speeds
• Melt temerature and pressure
• IBC
• Calibrating basket diameter and height
• Oscillating haul-off speed
• Material recipes
• Historical data recall
