such EU, Japan, China, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Phillipines, Thailand,
Malaysia, State of California in USA, need to ensure these elements are within
the specified limits. Entire responsibility of expenses towards rejection,
re-export/disposal and penalty falls on the PRODUCER.
