Minimal Maintenance by adopting grease pocket type LM Rails on vertical ¥ Crosswise axes
* Grease pocket type is adopted on vertical / crosswise LM rails. Minimal maintenance, high durability and low noise are also accomplished.
High performance fully digital AC Servo motors
* Speedy call and response, as well as smooth operation from low to high speed, are attained by adopting high quality fully digital AC servo motors.
"Cushion at chuck position" is newly equipped as standard function
* To avoid chucking error and to attain stable extraction at high speed operation, a 15mm cushion at the chuck position is integrated as a standard option.
