Twin -Screw Kneaders to plasticize and knead continously thermoplastic materilas and to mix and disperse lubricants; stabilizers, pigments, filters, fibres etc. into the polymer matrix and accomplish reaction processes. The components-system makes different constructions of the housing and screw possible, allowing various process applications.
Counter-Rotating System for creating high sheer-stress on dispersing of agglomerats.
Co-Rotating System for acting on sheer-sensitive materials, e.g. with glass-fibres, or mixing of metal-powder.
Single -Screw with Feeding Mill for the processing of ceramic materials and cold-strip feading of rubber compounds.
Screw-Ø: 25/50 mm.
Mixer High speed with scraper for universal laboratory application to mix powders, liquids, and low-viscous pastes.
