COMBO Series Ecodry Dehumidifying Drying Package has a Dehumidifying Dryer along with a Hopper and twin Auto Loaders in a single cabinet to allow the processors, the flexibility of portability along with quality drying.
Features :
- Three-in-one: - Compact, space saving design, consisting of Dehumidifying Dryer, Hopper and twin auto loaders in a singe cabinet with option of floor and direct machine mounting
- Consistent -40°C / °F or lower dew point air, Dry Air Conveying: Conveying through the Secondary Loader is done with Dry Air to avoid the heat and energy loss of hot and dried material.
- Loader Microprocessor Controller: Microprocessor controller of twin loader to supervise the operation, fault management along with display messaging of system parameters and faults
- Low energy consumption: Double wall, S.S construction (internal and external), glass wool insulation (including the cone), avoid all kind of heat and energy losses, and uniform temperature to the pallet. Clean out-door for easy inside cleaning.
- Avoiding over drying: Energy efficient due to special feature to avoid over drying in case machine is not functional
- Easy Accessibility for cleaning of filters.
- Rotary Slide Gate: Pneumatically actuated rotary slide gate at hopper outlet to avoid the excess material in the vacuum take- off box and blockage in material line.
- Improved Performance: Inbuilt pre-coolers to improve performance of Dehumidifying Dryer.
- Easy handling of regrind and dusty material:- Specially designed flappers- for both auto loaders to handle regrind and dusty material
- Audio Visual Alarm: Single audio visual alarm for all kinds of internal faults
