Chiller maintains 25 ± 3°C Temperature for Hydraulic Oil in Hydraulic power pack even when ambient temperature is 42 - 47°C. The standard production range covers capacities:
3000, 4500, 6000 K.Cal/Hour

The Hydraulic Oil Chillers are absolutely essential for machines like Dual Spindle Turning machine with integral spindle motor. The integral spindle motor stator winding has to be cooled by a hydraulic oil chiller system. Chilton successfully developed oil chiller for HMT's DTC-20 CNC machines. The chiller circulates chilled oil around the stator winding of integral spindle motor. Chilton has supplied hydraulic oil chilling units to M/s. Lakshmi Card Clothing, Coimbatore.
