Aerodry MVA series conveyors have a rigid aluminum extruded frames, available in a wide variety of sizes and controller options such as timer and counter controls, to meet customer's needs.

Selection Guide:
1) Standard type: Speed adjustable conveyor for continuous running

2) TS type: Externally triggered, timer off control conveyor

3) TH type: Timer on-off conveyor

4) CTS type: Counter start and timer off conveyor

5) LT type: Two-timer on-off conveyor

6) BC type: Reject signal reversing conveyor

7) BSS type: Leading edge sensing conveyor

8) BTSS type: Leading edge sensing, timer control conveyor

9) BCSS type: Leading edge sensing, counter control conveyor

A) Standard type:
The standard type control box is equipped with a reverse switch and a speed controller with speed adjustable ranges of 0.3 to 3.6 m/min. at 50 Hz and 0.4 to 4.4 m/min. at 60 Hz. Other speed ranges are available by replacing the gearhead

B) TS type (Externally triggered, timer off control conveyor):
- The TS type controller box is added to receive a signal from a press or a robot, activating the conveyor until a timer duration expires. The duration is adjustable by an electronic analog timer with ranges 0-6, 0-12, 0-30, and 0-60 in seconds, minutes, hours, and 10 hours

C) TH type (Timer on-off conveyor):
The TH type controller is added and equipped with a twin timer to set a running duration and stop duration separately. The durations are adjustable with 16 ranges like TS type.

D) TH type optional control box:
CTS type (Counter start and timer off conveyor)
The CTS type controller is added and equipped with a counter which counts signals from a press or robot, when the counter value is reached, activating the conveyor until the electronic analog timer expires. The counter can be set from 1 to 9999 and the timer has 16 setting ranges, like TS type.

E) LT type (Two-timer on-off conveyor):
The LT type controller is added, offering, like TH type, on-off operations according to timer settings. The operations, unlike TH type, can be set by two separate timers for more flexible operations. The off duration can be specified by an electronic digital timer with a range of 1 to 9999 in 0.1 seconds, a second, 0.1 minute, a minute, 0.1 hour, an hour, or 10 hours. The on duration can be set by an electronic analog timer with 16 ranges like TS type.
