Based on many years of experience the CAC-units (Compressed Air Chiller) were developed for the application on blow moulding machines.
CAC-units are available in 5 standard sizes. Compressed air outlet temperature in all CAC - units is -35 Degree C (-31 Degree F).
- Required pressured air quality as per ISO 8573.1
a. Rest oil (Kl. 1) 0.01 mg/m3
b. Rest humidity (Kl. 5) + 7 Degree C pressure dew point
c. Rest dust (Kl. 2) 1 micrometer oder 1 mg/m3
- Chilled water pressure drop 2 bar, air pressure up to 15 bar
- Chilled water temperature: Max. 15 Degree C; Min. 2 Degree C
- Standard voltages:
a. 3 x 400 V, 50 Hz
b. 3 x 460 V, 60 Hz
c. Other voltages on request
