Madhu Machines ML-HCLD Series Microcomputer Honeycomb Dehumidifying Dryer is a high-tech, high quality and high performance dehumidifying and drying equipment for plastic materials. The Japan NICHIAS dehumidifying rotor contains a SG-HP honeycomb rotor and a zeolite MS honeycomb rotor which can offer an Ultra low dew-point air. Its inorganic ceramic fibers, the backbone, can resist high temperature up to 250 Degree C. Compare with the other brands, they use fiber glass as the dehumidifying rotor, our machine life has 2 times more than other brand. The discal sintered fibers are strongly bonded with the silica gel by special crystallization, which is much more durable.

ML-HCLD Series Microcomputer Honeycomb Dehumidifying Dryer contains dehumidifier, drying hopper and two station loaders, which work automatically and ensure products' quality, save labors and increase production efficiency.

Functions and features:
- Controlled by world famous micro-computer brand LOGO programming system to ensure stable and reliable operations
- Japan NICHIAS honeycomb rotor with zeolite inside the backbone can give an effective dehumidifying.
- The dried air can reach an ultra-low dew point of beyond -45 Degree C while being round dehumidified in low temperature and high pressure.
- Equipped with a famous brand of PID to control and display temperature. The system could reach an accuracy of +/- 1 Degree C
- Maintenance of the machine is simple, due to crystalloid zeolite of stable stoma structure; can be cleaned by water, and reuse after cleaning.
- Easy to dehumidify from high temperature and the absorption capacity can be kept well even at 100 Degree C
- Equipped with emergency stop switch and protective devices for short circuit, phase-sequence, blower overload, overheating and rotor fault.
- Compacting with combing dehumidifier, drying hopper and the loading system, easy to move, install and clean.
- Using closed circulation system to convey dried material to injection molding machine.
