Chiller use for vacuum forming, injection moulding, blister packaging, blow moulding and plastic article product machines.

- Incoming water temperature: 20 degree C. and above
- Outgoing water temperature: 5 degree C. to 20 degree C.
- Control accuracy: 3 degree C.
- Capacity of chiller: 0.5 Ton to 5 Ton

Refrigeration Circuit
- Compressor: Fully welded, sealed air-cooles
- Refrigerant: R-12/R.22
- Condenser: Horizontal discharge air cooled aluminium fennel tube
- Evaporator: Submerged copper coil

Electric Supply
- Voltage: 230V. 1Ph. AC/440V. 3PHAC
- Temperature Control: Temperature indicator cum controller with digital read out & adjustable set point. Time delay set. suitable indicator lamps fitted to show normal operation & stoppages

Coolant
- Tank: Stainless Steel (S.S. 304) Standard 22G
- Tank top up: Manual/auto fill
- Internal pipe work: Copper pipes and S.S. fitting

Cabinet:
- Construction: S.S. 304, or M.S. sheet/G.I sheet with powder coating
- Unit size: As per customer's choice
- Unit location: For indoor/out door use
- Capacity for chiller: As per requirement or customer's element
