We manufacture varied types of conveyor to suit different application needs.
Features:
- Suitable for part handling, can be inserted below IMM for direct unloading of parts from mould to container or working bench.
- Designed specifically to drop parts at the center of the container.
- Mounted on castor or adjustable feet.
- Can be combined with optional separator to separate parts with sprue and runners, oversized parts. Separators are available as Roller, Spiral and Flat type.
- Rugged heavy duty Aluminium construction.
- Belts are available in Oil resistant PU as standard.
- Smooth anti slip PVC, textured PVC, super-grip PVC, sidewall cleated.
- Regrind are available as option.
- Wide inclination angle from 25-50 deg. to suit every needs, this can be adjusted without any tools.
