It achieves a volume reduction of 80-90% and therefore is optimally suitable for small to medium material volumes upto 17 m³/h respectively 12,000 bottles per hour. The upstream perforator perforates the fed plastic bottles in a reliable manner and thus enables the simple compression of bottles. An upstream crusher roller crushes glass bottles which have been fed by mistake and thus prevents possible damage of the perforator spikes.
