For Sale - AIE - 887 - Perforator (Fully automatic System)

The ideal solution for the compression of large quantities of plastic bottles. With a volume reduction by 80-90%, the Machine achieves a throughput of 90 to 320 m³per hour. This is equivalent to approx. 60,000 to 220,000 bottles per hour. A bottle crusher which crushes glass bottles inserted by mistake before they can damage the perforator spikes is integrated in the perforator.

Technical Data and Advantages:

* The plastic bottles are fed via a conveyor belt or similar feeding systems.

* The perforator perforates the bottles reliably with the integrated sturdy perforating spikes. The stripper ensures the reliable stripping of the bottles from the spike roller.

* The perforated material is directly transported into the baling press hopper, where the pressing action is initiated automatically by light-barrier control. The bales are strapped fully automatically with wire.
