1)Injection molding job work:
a.We have the following Injection molding machines:
i.One 70 ton Injection molding machine with 3 barrels which enables us to produce up to 3 colors in a molded part.
ii.One Single barrel 70 ton Injection molding machine.
2)Ultrasonic welding and assembly
a.We also have an Ultrasonic Welding machine which can be used to weld an assembled plastic part.
We can process any plastic and have processing experience in PP, GPPS, HIPS, HDPE, ABS, PMMA, PC, SAN, K-Resin, Nylon (PA), Delrin (POM), TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) and Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR)
