Our Geared Pump has been especially designed, on a CAD system, for obtaining optimal transport of molten plastic materials.
The Construction materials used in the manufacture of this pump are specially treated high quality steels.
A small quantity of molten polymer, used in the extrusion process, is allowed to flow into the parts to be lubricated, the reby guaranteeing lubrication of the pump itself.
The installation of a geared pump in an extrusion line optimises the entire extrusion process by accurately dosing the material before the die, in this way providing regular flow and completely eliminating die thrusts.
This stability is achieved by controlling the pressure at the pump inlet.
The microprocessor instrument regulates the speed of the extruder (and therefore the capacity of the latter) in order to maintain constancy of the pressure set point.
