The Nitro Alloy steels like 34Cr Al Ni7, 41Cr Al M07 etc. are used for twin conical screws with or without bimetallic coatings on the flights. Special surface treatment like hard nickel or hard chrome plating depending on the material to be processed can be used on most of these Nitro Alloy materials as per clients requirements.
