The post-Ex for Blown Film for Laboratory Application has been designed , keeping following requirements of the user:
1. For ease of operation i.e. single person should be able to handle whole extrusion system, which includes take off for blown film and winding.
2. Should have facility for Auto Synchronize system from extrusion output to winding attachemnt.
3. The winding unit should be capable to have auto speed reduction, as diameter increases.
4. Manually adjustable height of the top nip roller assembly, depending upon polymer to be processed.
5. Post-Ex on a sturdy castor wheel, for fine setting while in operation, having facility to lock the castor wheel for firm position desired, to avoid any misalignment once set.
6. Facility to fix single lip cooling ring along with controlled air supply.
