The fully automatic Vacuum Dehydration Unit injects gently heated oil into a vacuum chamber thus extracting dissolved moisture, air and gases from the oil at 45°c to 55°c. Microcare VDU incorporates double/single stage, oil filled electrically operated vacuum pump. It is compact, mobile trolley mounted and is user friendly.

The applications include fluids for dehydrating such as the Hydraulic Oil, Lubricating Oil including engine oil, Transmission oil, Straight cutting oil, Engine Flushing oil and Gear Box oil.
