* Ceramic Strip Heater: Ace offers Strip Heaters for tanks, platens and other surface heating applications, freeze and moisture protection in Control Panels. The Ace Strip Heater's highly compacted refractory material quickly conducts heat from the resistance wire to the sheath resulting in low internal temperatures and long heater life. Precise placement of the Nichrome wire provides uniform sheath temperature across the entire length.

Features:
- Stainless Steel Sheath
- Maximum temperature upto 600C.
- Threaded post terminals at one end or at each end of heaters.
- Ceramic terminals covers can be provided on threaded post terminals.
- Minimum width 1 1/2"
- Thickness 3/8"
- Maximum Watt density is 30Watts/Sq.Inch.

* Ceramic Finned Strip Heater
Finned Ceramic Strip Heaters Feature the same highly compressed, rugged design as Ceramic Strip Heaters with the addition of 1 3/8" x 2" fins. Fins increase the heat transfer surface area to allow higher Wattages than standard strip heaters. Construction material is SS sheath with Galvanized fins. Convection air heating and processes requiring high velocity air stream are applications for finned strip heaters.
