We manufacture screws with different kind of hard-facing or surface hardening. We can machine all types of geometries Barrier-Screws, Mixers.
We offer very fast deliveries and can offer 4 meter screws in under 4 weeks.
Refurbishments: We also repair all kind of screws and barrels. Screws also conical screws can be refurbished to the original dimensions by welding the flights with e.g. Stellite or Tungsten-Carbide.
Barrels are either honed and re-nitrided, or relined with a bimetallic bushing.
