We manufacture bimetallic and nitrided barrels up to 5000 mm length. A speciality is CNC-machined grooves up to 1500 mm length. For optimum wear protection we recommend to use Tungsten-Carbide bimetallic barrels together with our tungsten-carbide screws. The grooved feed bushings are either nitrided or hardened, depending on your needs.
Refurbishments: We also repair all kind of screws and barrels. Screws [also conical screws] can be refurbished to the original dimensions by welding the flights with e.g. Satellite or Tungsten-Carbide. Barrels are either honed and re-nitrided, or relined with a bimetallic bushing.
