Ceramic Band Heaters:
Ceramic Band are manufactured by placing spirally wound nichrome 80/20 resistance wire coil in ceramic insulators and covered by outer stainless steel sheath. Ceramic bands can be used for heating of cylindrical parts up to 600 Degree C.

Applications: Heating of cylindrical parts like melting pots, dies, drums, tanks, plastic processing machines etc.
