Ravi offer cartridge heaters, which comprises of resister wire carefully placed in the heater. The resister wire is made from high-grade refractory material. Cartridge heater provides uniform heat distribution around and over the length of the elements. The process of sheathing is done in brass, stainless steel and steel. The length of the heater is up to 24" long whereas the diameter can be availed in ranges such as 3/ 8", 1/ 2", 5/ 8", 3/ 4", 7/ 8", 1" and 1 1/4". Cartridge heater is widely used in dies, molds, platens, revolving rolls, plastic injection and extrusion barrels. This is also fitted in carton making machines, shoe building, etc.
