2) SGMPH Sigma II:
The SGMPH servomotor series has a medium inertia design with a flat profile providing the highest torque-per-length ratio available. These servomotors are well suited for applications requiring optimized load matching. There are five frame sizes providing up to 2,027 oz-in of peak torque. 100 and 200 volt windings are available with rated speeds of 3,000 rpm and maximum speeds of 5,000 rpm. An 8,192 ppr incremental serial encoder is standard. The SGMPH is rated IP67 (not including the shaft) providing resistance to moisture. Options include a 65,536 ppr absolute encoder, gear motor, shaft seal, and holding brake.
Rated output: 100W, 200W, 400W, 750W, 1500W
3) SGMGH Sigma II:
The SGMGH servomotor series has a medium inertia rotor and incorporates the segmented stator design, which dramatically reduces overall size. These servomotors are well suited for applications requiring optimized load matching. There are 10 sizes from 500 watts to 15 KW providing up to 1,988 lb-in (224 Nm) of peak torque. 200 and 400 volt windings are available with rated speeds of 1,500 rpm and maximum speeds of 3,000 rpm (up to 7.5 KW). A 131,072 ppr incremental serial encoder is standard. The low base speed, medium inertia rotor, and high-resolution encoder allow many applications to be solved without a gearbox. The SGMGH is rated IP67 (not including the shaft) providing resistance to moisture. Options include a 131,072 ppr absolute encoder, gear motor, shaft seal, and holding brake.
Rated output: 0.45KW, 0.85KW, 1.3KW, 1.8KW, 2.9KW, 4.4KW, 5.5KW, 7.5KW, 11KW, 15KW.
4) SGMSH Sigma II:
The SGMSH servomotor series has a high torque-to-inertia ratio and incorporates the segmented stator design, which dramatically reduces overall size. These servomotors are well-suited for high cycle-rate applications. There are 6 sizes from 1KW to 5KW providing up to 422 lb-in (48 Nm) of peak torque. 200 and 400 volt windings are available with rated speeds of 3,000 rpm and maximum speeds of 5,000 rpm. A 131,072 ppr incremental serial encoder is standard. The SGMSH is rated IP67 (not including the shaft) providing resistance to moisture. Options include a 131,072 ppr absolute encoder, shaft seal, and holding brake.
Rated output: 1.0KW, 1.5KW, 2.0KW, 3.0KW, 4.0KW, 5.0KW
5) SGMUH Sigma II:
The SGMUH servomotor series has a high torque-to-inertia ratio for high cycle-rate applications. The SGMUH incorporates the segmented stator design, which dramatically reduces overall size. 400 volt windings are available with maximum speeds of 6,000 rpm. A 131,072 ppr incremental serial encoder is standard. The SGMUH is rated IP67 (not including the shaft) providing resistance to moisture.
Rated output: 1.0KW, 1.5KW, 2.0KW, 3.0KW, 4.0KW, 5.0KW
6) SGMBH Sigma II:
The SGMBH servomotor series has an internal permanent magnet (IPM) design which reduces rotor inertia. These servomotors are well suited for highly dynamic, high power applications such as hydraulic system replacement. There are 5 sizes from 22 KW to 55 KW providing up to 6,120 lb-in (700 Nm) of peak torque. 400 volt windings are available with rated speeds of 1,500 rpm and maximum speeds of 2,000 rpm. A 131,072 ppr incremental serial encoder is standard. Options include a 131,072 ppr absolute encoder, shaft seal, and holding brake.
Rated output: 22KW, 30KW, 37KW, 45KW, and 55KW
7) SGMCS Direct Drive:
The SGMCS servomotor line is designed for direct drive applications where the load is directly attached to the motor surface. Direct drive technology eliminates backlash, reduces the number of mechanical components, and provides a stiff mechanical system for highly dynamic applications. Pre-tapped mounting holes and a hollow-through shaft permit a variety of machine designs. These direct drive motors have substantial load carrying bearings, low speed windings, and 1,048,576 ppr absolute encoders. 200 volt windings are available with maximum speeds up to 500 rpm. There are 17 sizes available with up to 5,310 lb-in (600 Nm) of peak torque.
8) SGMM Sigma Mini:
The SGMM servomotor series is designed for precise control of very small loads. Two motor sizes are available in 10 or 20 watts with a flange size of 0.98 inches (25mm). 24 VDC windings are available with maximum speeds of 5,000 rpm. An 8,192 ppr incremental encoder is standard. The SGMM is rated IP55 (not including the shaft). Options include a holding brake and shaft with or without a flat.
