In polymer pack filters, we offers a large range of dies and tools and can manufacture more than 500 varieties and sizes of pack filters in different binding material. We can manufacture from 10 mm to 500 mm diameter filter packs and loose cut filters also in various forms like:
- Circular
- Rectangular
- Oval shape filters

All filters are manufactured on precision power presses with capacity up to 100 tonnes and we can offer tolerances up to +/-0.05 mm for critical application filters. We use aluminium sheet binding material, which is commonly used binding and sealing material, this helps in non-sticking of aluminium packs during removal of pack filters from spinneret's and sand cup.

We have precision made calendaring machines that offer surfaces without waviness and wrinkle free surfaces for loose cut filters. We employ ultrasonic cleaning and de-greasing cleaning systems that assure our buyer contamination and dirt free filter packs. All our products are packed in weatherproof airtight packing using shrink film technologies.

Specialization in manufacture of spot welded filters in multilayer on high accuracy spot welding machines which ensure even burnt free spot welds.
