Large Size Grooved Barrel:
Radhekrishna is manufacturing superior grooved sleeve design screw and barrel for higher output with consistently reliable quality. A hard metal bush minimizes wear, water circulation in grooved sleeve section with audio alarm if water outlet temperature exceeds preset limits.

Longer Barrel with Higher Accuracy:
An advanced facility of boring machine for longer barrel up to 2600 with a higher accuracy of barrel bore and center distance. This most advance milling produce screws with progressive or digressive pitch without recesses at the point of pitch changes.

All our sectional fabricated barrels have bore which were subjected to internal grinding and accordingly, production requires the highest accuracy with the keeping of the most exacting tolerances.

Radhekrishna has accumulated a wide range of experience in manufacturing twin screws and barrels (cylindrical or conical). Screw and Barrel is heart of extruder, optimum output ratio, improved reliability in extrusion, lesser wear for screw & barrel and easy maintenance. - Screw range diameter 19 mm to 150 mm x 8000 mm long
- Made from nitrided material - type En-41-B/34 CrAI N7/14 Cr Mo V9 (from reputed manufacturers like SAIL / MUSCO)
- Heat treatment in to three stages toughening, stabilizing and nitriding
- Skin hardness 65HRC 68HRC
- Thread cutting on very precision milling machine for perfect intermeshing and self - cleaning.
- Screw straightening within 0.03 mm to 0.05 mm no possibility of bending screw
- Screw polishing on special strip belt polishing machine
- All screws & barrels are interchangeable
