Standard Features of Segmented Screw and Barrel:
- Range: Diameter 20 mm to Diameter 125 mm
- Sleeve: HSS sleeve for hard compounding Nitrided sleeve type EN-41-B for soft compounding
- Body made from EN-8 with toughening
- Sleeve Hardness: HSS sleeve with through hardness and Nitrided sleeve with skin hardness up to 65 HRC-68 HRC
- Dowelling and drilling operation by using accurate jigs and fixtures
- Both face grinded and lapped
