Rubber Expander Rollers(Bow Rollers):-
The performance of Rubber Expander Rollers depend upon:
Lead-in Lead-out distance
Wrap angle
Position of Bow(adjustable)
3:1 lead-in : lead-out ration is considered to be best. However, lead out distance preferably should not be more than 3 times of expander roller diameter. Bow roller positioned perpendicular to the web direction gives best result.

Rubber Expander Rollers(Banana Rollers):-
Commonly useful for wide range of web materials.
Wall mounting and Foot mounting brackers with Bow angle adjustment mechanism.
Sizes: Diameter up to 300 mm, Length up to 8000 mm.

Polyband Expander:-
Essential for thin web, 10 micron or less.
Performs well for separating the web after slitting,irrespective of thickness of the web.
Specially useful in processing PP & HM.
Sizes: Diameter 90 mm to 140 mm, Length up to 2500 mm.

Rubber Grooved Spreader Roller:-
Now, very popularly used on film plant.
Ideal for very delicate web like metalized film.
Individual groove type RH & LH.
Two or four starts scroll type RH & LH.
