Our know-how of materials and processing techniques is exceptional. For eg. we can extend the life of injection and extrusion cylinders by five to ten times by using bimetallic. We can apply internal metal alloys up to 12mm thick, whilst guaranteeing minimal tolerances.
The great advantage of Bimetallic linings is that their hardness is even throughout the layer thickness contrary to nitrided cylinders. Thanks to bimetallic technology, cyclinders offer even better abrasion and corrosion resistance under high temperatures and pressure. This means that the life of your cylinder can be improved by a factor of five to ten.
