1) Fabric Cutting Machine
Lohia’s FCM 1400 and FCM 2200 are reliable and efficient machines designed to produce FIBC (Jumbo Bags) panels of preset cut length with possibilities of profile cuts customized to client requirements.

Fabric pieces of up to 20 Mtr lengths can be cut for other applications as well.

2) Webbing(Belt) Cutting Machine
Lohia’s Webbing Cutting machine addresses the need for accurate and efficient cutting of the webbing used for lifting loops in FIBC’s.
In these machines, the cutting and marking is done automatically through a PLC controlled system. An automatic counting feature eliminates waste by cutting the exact quantity required.

3) Bag Cleaning Machine:-
Lohia’s Bag cleaning machine provides an ideal cleaning solution for FIBC (Jumbo Bags) used for food and pharmaceutical applications.
Using pre-filtered air, the automated cleaning process of this machine ensures efficient removal of all loose contaminants (loose threads, foreign particles, etc. from inside the bags). This machine is suitable for bags from 1000 mm to 2500 mm in height.

4) Baffle Panel Cutting Machine:-
Lohia’s Baffle panel cutting machine is a hydraulically operated cold punch machine that can make panels for specific FIBC (Jumbo Bags) requirements.
It can simultaneously punch the required profile in a bunch of fabric pieces. The punch dies are made to order according to the requirements of the client.
